Based on the HIV and AIDS ART Registry of the Philippines of the Department of Health Epidemiology Bureau, around ninety seven percent (97%) of the new HIV cases monthly reported belong to the working age group. Because of this, Project Red Ribbon in 2016 in its thrust to provide companies with a sustainable HIV program, piloted the Comprehensive Corporate HIV Program (CCHIP). This Program, supported by DOH-NASPCP and the Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM) entails a full sustainable HIV program from policy crafting to implementation of the policy through awareness and prevention, HIV screening  service in the clinic, establish a service delivery network within the company and a sustainable volunteer program.

To establish these services in the workplace, Project Red Ribbon trains the clinic management team, the HR - DE&I and ERG ambassadors, the L&D.
